STATEMENT · PERIOD: YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS, ALL OF THEM CATALOG: 2 LIVE TOOLS PRICING READ: 2026-09-17 NEXT RE-CHECK DUE: 2026-10-17

No subscription is sold on this site. Not one.

You are renting software for jobs a free-tier model will do for nothing.

0saas replaces one named feature of one named SaaS product at a time, using prompts you run on a free inference tier you control. The prompts are printed on every page. The output is generated in your browser. Nothing is metered by us, because there is no us behind it.

No account, no email, no key required for any tool. A free API key removes the copy-paste step; it is never required, and it is never sent anywhere except the provider you pick.

How a 0saas tool works

Three entries, in the order they happen. No step requires an account with us, because we do not have accounts.

01

Pick the feature you are rationed on

Not "replace Canva" — replace the specific thing the free tier stops at, or the paid tier charges for. Each tool names that feature in one sentence and links to the incumbent's own pricing page as the receipt.

Evidence rule: every ceiling on this site was read from the incumbent's pricing page in-session, with a date and a per-field confidence marker. Canva's page prints "up to 20 Standard or Premium AI uses" and "1 Brand Kit (3 colors only)". Grammarly's Compare Plans table prints "Adjust your writing tone: Unavailable" on Free.

02

Ally with a free inference tier — or with none

Run the prompt with your own free key (Gemini, Groq, OpenRouter's :free models), or use Copy-Paste Relay: copy the prompt into any free chat product you already use, paste the JSON answer back. The relay path makes no network call from this site at all.

Key handling: keys live in your browser's localStorage and go only to the provider you choose. There is no 0saas endpoint that accepts a key, and no server that could log one. The only server calls this site makes are optional price re-checks.

03

Keep the prompt and the output

The prompt text is printed on the page, copyable, versioned. The output — a 1080px PNG, a marked-up draft — is produced in your browser and downloaded to your machine. If this site disappears tomorrow, the prompts are still yours.

That is the whole thesis: a subscription rents you a feature; a prompt transfers it. Every prompt on this site, in one place →

Live tools

Two so far, both consumer tier. Each one ships a pack of two to four structured prompts, a local renderer that turns the model's JSON into the actual deliverable, and an explicit list of what it does not replace.

Catalog data: tools.json. Bench (not built, not claimed): Mailchimp, Typeform, Zapier, Notion, Adobe Express, Buffer, Loom, HubSpot, Calendly — each still has to pass the three-question disqualification gate before it gets a page.

The free-tier allies

An ally is a free inference tier we have actually read the limits of. Limits are quoted with their source and the date we read them; where a provider publishes exact numbers only inside a logged-in console, we say so instead of inventing a figure.

Copy-Paste Relay No key, no account, no network call from this site. Copy the prompt into any free chat model, paste the JSON answer back. This is the floor every tool must work on. not applicable nothing to sign up for
Gemini API free tier Free usage tier with no spend-based rate limit. Per-model RPM/TPM/RPD are shown for your project inside AI Studio — Google does not publish a static table, so we do not print numbers we cannot source. partial aistudio.google.com/apikey →
Groq Cloud free tier Base limits published per model, e.g. openai/gpt-oss-120b at 30 requests/min, 1,000 requests/day, 8K tokens/min, 200K tokens/day. Limits are organization-wide; 429s carry retry-after and remaining-quota headers. verified console.groq.com/keys →
OpenRouter :free models 20 requests/min and 50 requests/day if you have bought under 10 credits all-time; 20 RPM and 1,000 requests/day once you have bought at least 10. A negative balance can 402 even on free models. verified openrouter.ai/keys →

Sources: Gemini rate limits · Groq rate limits · OpenRouter limits. Deferred ally: Cloudflare Workers AI — its free allowance needs a server-side token, which conflicts with the zero-backend rule.

What your subscriptions actually cost

We are not going to guess what you pay — that is how these calculators usually lie. Type your own rows. The first row is pre-filled with a price we verified from Canva's pricing page today; edit or delete it.

SubscriptionAmountPerSeats
Per month$0.00
Per year$0.00
Three years$0.00
Same jobs with a free-tier ally$0.00
Three-year difference$0.00

Arithmetic only, run in your browser: nothing is sent anywhere and no assumption is made about what you actually use. The $0 row is what these two tools cost to run at any volume your ally's free tier allows.

The pact this site is built on

  1. Law of the named ceilingNo tool ships without naming the exact feature it replaces and the exact number the incumbent's free tier stops at, quoted from the incumbent's own page with a date.
  2. Law of the allyEvery tool works on a free inference tier you control — and every tool must also work with no key at all, via Copy-Paste Relay. Trading one subscription for another signup is a failure, not a fallback.
  3. Law of the receiptPricing is re-checked on a schedule that has an owner. When a number changes, the change is published as a receipt rather than silently edited.
  4. Law of the packThe prompts are the product. They are printed on the page, versioned, and copyable. A tool that hides its prompts is a subscription with extra steps.
  5. Law of no rentNothing on this site bills recurringly. When a one-time unlock exists, its price is read from Stripe at render time, never typed by hand — and until such a link exists, no price is displayed anywhere.

Fair questions

How is this free for you?

Right now it costs nothing to run: static pages on Cloudflare, no database behind the tools, and inference paid for by your own free-tier key or by your own hand in Copy-Paste Relay. A one-time unlock per tool is planned for power features, but no price is displayed anywhere until a real Stripe Payment Link exists and its price is read back from Stripe's API.

Is a free-tier model as good as the paid SaaS?

For the specific feature named on each tool page, we think so — and each page lists what it does not replace. Canva still has 1.6 million templates and 4.7 million assets; this site has five layouts and no stock library. Grammarly still has an extension that follows you around the internet; this site has one page you paste text into. Claims that big are cheap and useless, so we do not make them.

Do you see my text or my keys?

No. Keys are stored in your browser's localStorage and sent only to the provider you select. Drafts and briefs go from your browser to that provider. This site has no endpoint that accepts a key or a document; the only calls it makes to its own server are optional pricing re-checks.

Are you affiliated with Canva or Grammarly?

No. Both are trademarks of their owners, named here because a comparison that refuses to name the thing it compares against is worthless. Every pricing claim links to the incumbent's own page with the date we read it, and no screenshots or brand assets of theirs are reproduced anywhere on this site.

What happens when a free tier gets worse?

The ally register carries a checked date and a 30-day re-check window, and a cron job diffs the pricing pages weekly so drift is detected rather than discovered by a reader. If an ally's free tier disappears, the tool still runs on Copy-Paste Relay, and the page says which ally was retired and why.
